Electraped reaches mark in two months

Press Release Body: Minot, North Dakota. August 5, 2008 -- ElectraPed LLC today
announced that the company has established retail dealers for the Wentz Family of
E-Bikes in 20 states in the first two months of business, surpassing initial
projections for the period by over 125%.

Of course, we still have 30 states to go, plus the Canadian provinces, but we're
very happy with the rapid pace of dealer sign-ons, so far, noted ElectraPed
President, Brian Walz.

There are nine different models in the Wentz Family of E-Bikes, including bikes in
the mountain, street, touring, three-wheeler and foldable categories. The foldable
version fits easily into a car trunk, and the three-wheeler has proven to be
especially popular with seniors. Several models feature a European step-through
style, and all of the Wentz E-Bikes offer a smooth ride, silent motor operation, and
an impressive range.

Duane Brekke, founder of ElectraPed, says he is particularly proud of the
craftsmanship of the bikes.

They are built just like a John Deere tractor.

The sturdy construction of the E-Bike, the growing market, and a wholesale price
that allows bike retailers to price all of the Wentz models under the $1,000 mark
has spurred the early acceptance by resellers, added Brekke.

The Wentz E-Bikes have a small hub motor to assist pedaling-allowing riders to go
farther, faster, and up hills with greater ease. Bike riders can also choose to just
sit and let the motor do all of the work or turn off the motor and use the Wentz
like a regular bicycle.
